Rochelle Blease
Vice President of Business Development

Rochelle Blease is vice president of Business Development for Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, where she is responsible for strategic and business development planning, as well as the acquisition strategy for the company. She reports directly to the president and chief executive officer of Wolters Kluwer Financial Services.

An experienced business leader, Blease joined Bankers Systems, Inc. (which was acquired by Wolters Kluwer) in 1993 as an attorney. She has held several senior level roles in product development, marketing, market management and market research. She also led the business case development for several organic growth projects in banking, mortgage, insurance and securities, including Expere®, the company’s leading-edge integrated banking solution. In addition, Blease served as interim vice president of Development.

She was promoted to vice president in 2003 and currently heads the development of the company’s rolling three-year business plan, and is responsible for the development and execution of the company’s acquisition strategy. She has evaluated more that 100 potential acquisitions and has completed a number of small and mid-size deals, including TSoft, VMP® Mortgage Solutions, Atchley, PCi, GulfPak and Entyre.

Prior to joining Bankers Systems, Inc./Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, Blease was an attorney in private practice with a focus on commercial and real estate litigation, and bankruptcy, representing secured creditors (financial institutions).

Blease holds a Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from California Western School of Law, and a bachelor of science from North Dakota State University.
