Ken Carangelo
Vice President of Operations

Ken Carangelo is vice president of Operations for Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, where he leads the company’s initiatives in operational excellence and acquisition integration across all business units. He reports directly to the president and chief executive officer of Wolters Kluwer Financial Services.

An accomplished business executive with more than 20 years of business and military experience, Carangelo joined Wolters Kluwer Financial Services in 2004 with the acquisition of PCi Corporation, where he had been chief administrative officer since 2002. In that role he managed operations, strategic planning, human resources, recruiting, IT, corporate communications, facilities management, purchasing, office administration and special projects.

Prior to that, he served as director of Operations for Gen3 Partners, a privately funded startup, which leveraged the Internet to help large companies build their next generation businesses. As a senior manager and strategy consultant for Deloitte Consulting/Braxton Associates he led teams of consultants and Fortune 100 client employees to develop strategies, and achieve business improvements and long-term growth. Along with operations management for PepsiCo and other strategy and operations consulting positions, he served six years as a U.S. naval officer in the Pacific.

Carangelo is an accomplished speaker, writer and instructor in leadership and management. He earned an M.B.A. with honors from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Harvard University.
