Mark Coronna
Executive Vice President, Securities Compliance and Insurance

Mark Coronna is the executive vice president of Securities Compliance and Insurance for Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, where he has full accountability for the company’s securities compliance and insurance business portfolio. He reports directly to the president and chief executive officer of Wolters Kluwer Financial Services.

Coronna has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services and technology industries. He joined Wolters Kluwer Financial Services in 2005 and most recently served as chief marketing officer where he provided strategic and operational leadership for all marketing-related functions of the business. Prior to joining Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, Coronna was chief operating officer for a leading Internet-based expense management technology company, where he directed all of the company’s product management, development, IT and service delivery operations, and customer service functions.

Coronna was also senior vice president, chief information officer and general manager in the Payments division of U.S. Bank, where he managed the product, marketing, e-commerce, and service delivery functions for the global leader in Visa®-branded corporate and purchasing cards. In that role, he developed and brought to market the world’s first Internet business for corporate e-payments. He has previously led marketing, sales, product, and business development functions and has been a chief operating officer and a chief information officer.

He is a patent author on a variety of online business processes designed to improve business-to-business collaboration and is a frequent commentator on compliance and technology in financial services trade publications.

Coronna is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin.
