Raffi Festekjian
CEO, PCi

Raffi Festekjian is chief executive officer of PCi, a part of Wolters Kluwer Financial Services. He is responsible for the overall strategic direction of Wolters Kluwer Financial Services’ line of PCi solutions that address CRA, HMDA, and fair lending requirements, as well as the organization’s line of Wiz Sentri financial intelligence solutions. He reports directly to the president and chief executive officer of Wolters Kluwer Financial Services.

Festekjian has more than 15 years of experience in financial services. He joined Wolters Kluwer Financial Services in 2004 when the organization acquired PCi. Festekjian was a co-founder of PCi, an industry-leading business that specializes in addressing fair lending, Community Reinvestment Act, Home Mortgage Disclosure Act and predatory lending requirements. Under his leadership, PCi has become one of the largest providers of compliance solutions to the financial services industry with over 2,500 clients, including 95 of the top 100 institutions in the United States. He provides the strategic direction for PCi’s product lines, including sales, product enhancements and delivery.

Prior to founding PCi, Festekjian was a consultant and investment banker at Kellet Management, Inc. where he specialized in aiding capital-deficient community banks through operations consulting, and the recapitalization or sale of the institution. He also worked in product management at Proctor & Gamble, and as a civil engineer in the construction industry.

Festekjian received an M.B.A., with distinction, from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and a B.S. in Engineering from American University of Beirut.
