HSA Director™

HSA Director™ is a brandable, online administration platform delivered as a hosted solution. It offers modules for individuals, employers, and your program administrator and customer service representatives. Its integrated, user-friendly, and intuitive format can reduce your service expenses up to 80 percent. And, it gives you a competitive advantage with your employers and account owners by allowing you to effectively manage every step of the process.
Individual Module
This module provides an access point for account owners to execute and manage their financial transactions. With HSA Director, there are no forms to fill out and mail in. Everything can be done online. In fact, users can determine their eligibility and enroll in as little as ten minutes. With HSA Director, account owners can:
- Link to multiple bank accounts,
- Categorize their expenses by type and user (insured vs. dependants),
- Manage their healthcare spending more effectively with user-friendly charts,
- Complete transactions with automated clearing house (ACH) and bill payment options,
- Store receipts electronically, and
- Receive monthly reports via email.
Account owners can also take advantage of a number of investment options. Users can research funds with tools such as Morningstar®, buy and sell funds, and analyze and chart portfolio performance. Plus, it tracks all of your transaction activity for recordkeeping and recording.
Employer Module
This module provides an access point for the employer’s Human Resources department. With HSA Director, employers can:
- Set up security, fee, and payroll processor information,
- Manage employee census data,
- Apply rule sets to different employee groups,
- Deposit funds into employee accounts,
- Send and retrieve messages, and
- Generate reports.
Customer Service/Program Administrator Module
This module provides two access points—one for customer service representatives (CSRs) and one for administrators of the HSA data.
The Customer Service function features rights-driven access that allows you to control functionality to different CSR tiers. With HSA Director, CSRs can:
- Enroll individual employees or entire employer groups through census upload and management capabilities,
- Modify profile information,
- Edit or execute transactions on behalf of account owners,
- Create outbound messages to account owners or record notes on interactions, and
- Chat live with account owners.
The Program Administrator function puts total control of the system at your fingertips. With HSA Director, administrators can:
- Customize module color schemes and branding on an employer-by-employer basis,
- Turn functionality “on” or “off” for different employers,
- Customize fee schedules for each employer,
- Establish interest rates paid on an employer-by-employer basis, giving you the ability to determine your percentage, and
- Customize and publish marketing messages to individuals or employers through multiple channels, such as message boxes, emails, documents, e-statements, or prepared statements.
