Adequate Notice Programs

These programs address the "adequate notice" requirements of Section 326 of the USA PATRIOT Act by informing account owners that you are now required to substantially verify the identity of individual and business applicants, maintain records of such verification, and compare identification with government lists of known or suspected terrorists.
