Cancellation Policy and Additional Seminar Details

If you cancel your reservation more than five business days prior to the conference date for which you have registered, we will issue you a credit for the conference fee (less $35 for processing), which can be applied toward your purchase of any Wolters Kluwer Financial Services product or service. No credit will be permitted for cancellations received after the cutoff date.

Please notify our staff if you are unable to attend and/or are sending another person in your place.

We encourage you to dress casually and comfortably, and suggest bringing a sweater or jacket in case there are changes in meeting room temperature.

If you have special needs that may affect your participation in this event (e.g., accessibility or dietary), please contact us in advance so we may be better prepared to make your experience as comfortable as possible.

In consideration of our participants and instructors, no cellular phones or smoking will be permitted in the meeting rooms. We also ask that no audio/video recording be made; however, Wolters Kluwer Financial Services reserves the right to videotape and/or photograph these conferences with the option of using the recordings/images for future projects.

Wolters Kluwer Financial Services reserves the right to cancel a seminar at any location and will communicate any effective changes to registrants as early as possible.
