Compliance University On-Line Learning Courses Help New Bank and Credit Union Front-Line Staff Provide Best Service to Customers and Members

MINNEAPOLIS – Oct. 2, 2007 - Wolters Kluwer Financial Services announced today that the company is offering banks and credit unions several new online training tools to help them educate front-line staff on the basics of the banking industry and teller responsibilities.

“Our customers have told us these additions to our Compliance University™ On-Line Learning Program are crucial to helping them train first-time bank and credit union employees to perform their new roles correctly and in a way that provides their customers and members with the best possible service,” said Dave Roy, general manager of Banking for Wolters Kluwer Financial Services. “That lets us help banks and credit unions grow their business, which is the goal of all the solutions Wolters Kluwer Financial Services provides to our marketplaces.”

The new tools include 11 Web-based courses that have been added to Wolters Kluwer Financial Services’ Compliance University On-Line Learning program based upon customer demand. The courses include:

  • Eight courses focused on teller responsibilities, offered through a relationship with TRC Interactive, a leader in interactive financial institution teller training since 1973. Courses include Your Role as a Teller, All About Checks, All About Deposits, Balancing, Counting Money and more.
