    The impacts of the CCAR stress testing regime for the nation’s largest banks are significant and varied. Wolters Kluwer’s Will Newcomer says that CCAR “is changing the number and types of deals that (banks) do. For example, nobody has gotten out of commercial real estate just because of CCAR, but it’s changing their appetite for it. That applies to other loan asset classes as well.”
