Alternative Valuation Services
Alternative valuations are transitional valuation products between the AVM and standard appraisal products. Completed by a real-estate professional or a licensed appraiser these valuations provide comparables, and additional property information such as property description and neighborhood conditions. Reports can be supplied with an interior inspection and/or photo of property exterior.
