    Ann-Marie Lefebvre

Ann-Marie Lefebvre is a training and technology specialist with Wolters Kluwer Financial Services’ Consulting Services team. For the past five years, Lefebvre has leveraged her industry experience and strong understanding of Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) requirements to create customized training programs for customers. Lefebvre specializes in training end users on the industry-leading software, CRA Wiz, focusing on rapid adoption rates and maximizing the value of the technology.

Lefebvre understands how regulators use technology to evaluate compliance and has worked with hundreds of customers pre-exam to prepare the requisite data, and post-exam to refine processes and resolve data integrity issues. Her goals for each engagement are to promote best practices, to eliminate the introduction of errors resulting from unfamiliarity with regulations or misuse of technology solutions, and to position the customer for strong examination results.

Prior to joining Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, Lefebvre served for seven years as a Community Development Strategy Analyst with a large bank in New England. In this position, she played an integral role in setting goals for her institution’s CRA compliance program. She worked vigilantly to ensure complete and accurate data was collected in a timely manner, prepared performance context data and risk assessments in advance of regulatory exams, and regularly monitored compliance with CRA requirements and her institution’s progress toward goals.

Lefebvre received a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Bryant University in Rhode Island.
