Prototype SEP

The SEP-PD is the IRS-approved prototype SEP plan document. It contains definitions specific to a SEP plan and the provisions necessary for operating a SEP plan. Each employer that completes and signs a SEP Adoption Agreement (SEP-AA) receives a copy of the SEP-PD.
