Automated Valuation Models (AVM)

AVMs can be generated in 30 seconds, providing you with an affordable property valuation report for refinances and equity loans where property ownership is not changing. They are also valuable for quality checks on previous valuation reports.

Factors used in determining AVMs include recent sales in the subject property area, overall market conditions, conforming neighborhood, CPI (Consumer Price Index), and GNP (Gross National Product).
