Available title insurance products include Full ALTA Title Insurance, National REFIadvantage, and Mortgage Impairment Protection insurance Policy. We also offer alternative title search products like Property Reports, Legal Vesting Deeds, and Recordings.
- Full ALTA Title Insurance—Commitment to issue a title insurance policy that includes all deeds in the chain of title, open mortgages/deeds of trusts, judgments, liens, tax information and legal description of the property.
- National REFIadvantage—More streamlined product developed specifically for refinance transactions, resulting in savings that can be passed on to the borrower.
- Mortgage Impairment Protection (MIP) Insurance Policy—Designed for use with home equity loans and home equity lines of credit collateralized by owner-occupied 1- to 4-family residential properties. Subsequent to a default and foreclosure of the insured loan, the policy covers losses directly caused by the existence of a superior lien not disclosed to the lender or otherwise known to the lender at the time the loan is made. MIP is provided through our partnership with National Real-Estate Information Services and Old Republic Title.
- Property Report—Limited search of public records including current property owner, tax info, legal description, open mortgages, liens and judgments.
- Legal Vesting Deed—Shows current owner, legal descriptions, parcel ID information, assessed values on land and improvements among other data.
