Consumer Handbook on Adjustable-Rate Mortgages Booklet (VMP20)
Lenders are required by Regulation Z to supply this booklet to anyone inquiring about an Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM). This booklet explains to consumers the basic information/features of ARMS. English and Spanish versions are available.
What You Should Know about Home Equity Lines of Credit Booklet (VMP483)
Lenders are required by the Federal Reserve Board (FRB) to use this pamphlet to inform consumers with basic information about features of home equity loans and what to look for when shopping for credit. It is generally given at application, along with the required disclosures. English and Spanish versions are available.
Lead Paint Booklet (VMP460)
The Lead Paint Notification is given to buyers of homes built before 1978. This disclosure is required on all loan types effective December 5, 1996 for owners 1-4 Family Dwellings. For owners of more than 4 Family Dwellings, it is required September 5, 1996. English and Spanish versions are available.

The notification contains detailed information about the changes and when available, a PDF of the standard document. When you have reviewed the information, for an additional fee you can work with our team to implement that change in a way that best meets your business needs.

Managing your compliance documents across business lines, products, and jurisdictions doesn’t need to be a challenge.
